Getting Started
1. Property Walkthrough.
The first step is completing a walkthrough of the property, where we will discuss options, brainstorm ideas, and identify what your specific needs are.
Landscape Design Questionnaire will be sent to the homeowner.
2. Property Calculations.
The next step is confirming property lines, establishing setbacks (if applicable), and drawing up the property elevations. House plans and current or past surveys are helpful in expediting this process.
4. Design Review.
3. Designing.
Depending on the type of service, the exact timeline will vary. At this time we will begin drawing up a 2D design of your project and create a planting list and 3D design (if applicable)
The design will be presented, at which point questions may be asked and changes can be made.
We have a two hour revision limit for all our projects, anything over that time will be billed at the hourly rate.
5. Final Presentation.
A final presentation will occur, including all changes and revisions. Meetings have the option of being in-person or virtual.
6. Bids and Contractor Selections.
If you choose to have Lundborg Landscape Designs manage your project, contractors will be chosen and bids will be created for your specific project.
