What makes Lundborg Landscape Designs different?

Unlike your typical design-build landscape company, Lundborg Landscape Designs is a design only company. Meaning we specialize in the design process and on-site project management.

We have a different outlook on the design process, our designs are presented in a 3D format, giving you a real-time feel and virtual walkthrough of your property, even before we break ground on your project. We have the flexibility to do both on-site or virtual meetings as well as meeting times can be scheduled in the evenings or on the weekends. 

 

What will a landscape design cost me?

The cost of the design will be determined by how many "moving parts" the project has and all work is billed on a hourly basis. For example, if you are just needing some advice on what to plant, a sketch of your yard and a plant list is all that will be needed. But if you are wanting a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, etc...there are more contractors involved to complete your project as well as more time working on your design.

Do you charge a initial consulting fee?

We do charge an initial consulting fee. This allows us the ability to reduce the hourly rate and covers the first in-person meeting and property measurements.

Who will build my project?

That is up to you! We offer a few options, we can recommend a landscape contractor that we have used in the past or you can use a landscaper you have used before. If you do not choose to have us manage your project, we are also able to send over the plans to either you or a landscape contractor.
